Polysoude welding systems have been developed to produce quality welds at high production rates under severe environmental conditions. For on/offshore applications, our welding systems can use a dual weld head arrangement to maximize the number of production welds from a given number of welding stations.

For long distance pipeline projects, organisation and procedures have to be shortened to minimise operations which are on the critical path. The MIG-MAG / GMAW welding process with its high productivity rate is naturally chosen.
For short distance pipeline process piping or component assembly, quality governs the choice of the welding process and procedures through an all position welding equipment that has at least the following features:
- flexibility towards different bevel types,
- easy to handle and reliable in use.
