Each weld record consists of:
- Serial number of the power source.
- Serial number of the welding head.
- The work piece or joint reference entered by the operator.
- Joint number, from 0001 to 9999, increased automatically (manual reset).
- Repair weld: increment R1, R2… (joint number does not increase).
- Starting time (h/m) and date (y/m/d) of each joint.
- "OK" message or error code after each weld.
- Welding time.
- Arc voltage, welding current, rotation and wire speed are measured every 10°.
- The program name.
- The company name and name of the welder.
- The power source type.
With the compact flash card manager software and the external PC-card reader, the real time recorded files can be transferred to any PC.
Also available PC off-line programming software for off-line weld procedure  establishment and archiving using a chip card for transfer. |
