Purging systems are used to confine the purging volume inside tubes and pipes.
They analyse the amount of gas being used and may regulate the gas flow proportionally. This is an essential operation, particularly for stainless steel, before beginning welding. To achieve optimum welding, purging system features must be:

• electronic flow control of the gas supply 
• modular configuration to suit special requirements
• electronically controlled gas mixing for 2 or 3 gases
• gas savings
