These mobile beveling machines are lightweight, dependable and easy to use. The machines are equipped with tool-holder plates capable of carrying several tool-holders, which enable them to carry out welding preparation operations, producing a perfect land and appropriate counterbore wherever necessary. Their robust design also makes them perfectly suitable for machining thick-walled pipes.
The ID or OD clamped beveling machines are available with several options for standard or more challenging applications. ID tracking systems or elbow mandrel sets can easily be installed.
There is almost no limit in the use of our orbital beveling machines on tubes and pipes made of virtually all materials, of diameters ranging from 3 mm to 4267,2 mm OD (0,118” to 168”). Optional extension enables coverage of the full range of diameters of virtually all available pipes on the market.
Various motorisation options are available: electric, pneumatic or hydraulic.
SE NG Series
Performs repeatable quality weld preparations. The cutting head can bevel individual or simultaneous operations with a heavy duty collet clamp, providing a smooth, chatter-free and accurate finish.
GR Series
Simultaneously, performs the welding preparation on the tubes and excavates the membrane of the tube panels. Fixed & mobile clamping jaws are perfectly suited for on-site machining work.
BMFM Series
Specially designed to perform beveling, facing and counterboring, either separately or in a simultaneous operation. Provides the possibility of machining several tube diameters with special concentric clamping system.
SL Series
Specially designed to square tubes, fittings and tees for high purity applications (semi-conductor, pharmaceutical, clean rooms, food and beverage). Can be portable or bench mounted.
OCM Series
Designed for cutting and beveling of tubes of different lengths. Its independent beveling module is entirely adjustable and performs bevels from 0° to 90° without changing accessories.
TT-NG Series
Engineered to serve all industries where the weld quality is critical and projects must stay on schedule. Available in many configurations.
