After a busy year for both Polysoude and MEGA, Polysoude are now pleased to announce their successful collaboration with MEGA spa Italy, who this year, invested in both a Vertical SPX TIGer CNC and a Horizontal Twin TIGer 12 meter system.
MEGA first fell into contact with Polysoude at the beginning of March, searching for cladding solutions for an important upcoming subsea project for which they had no cladding equipment. Impressed by the products available for project, MEGA only needed until the end of the month to decide, and placed an order for the two systems: Vertical Endless Rotating SPX TIGer CNC and the Horizontal Twin TIGer 12 meter.
By May, all pre-qualification tests were completed at Polysoude technology centre, showing MEGA the suitability of the machines to their precise and specific project.
Continuing with the trend of quick turnarounds, Polysoude France and Italy assembled their team and got to work, starting production on the SPX TIGer CNC by the middle of August, then the Twin TIGer 12 meter by the end of November. We look forward and wish MEGA many successful projects with our systems and machinery.
